NASHVILLE TN -JUNE 25 2007- A fight at a North Nashville truck stop early Sunday morning leaves one man dead and another injured. Police say a man and woman inside a parked car were approached by a security guard at the Pilot truck stop on West Trinity Lane around 2:30 a.m. Sunday. They were suspected of trespassing, and refused to leave the parking lot. A verbal argument between the man in the car and the security guard then turned into a physical fight once the man got enraged and got out of his car to attack the guard. Officers say the fight lasted awhile, and the security guard shot the man in the chest. He later died at Skyline Medical Center. The security guard is hospitalized at Baptist. Police are now talking to him and the woman that was in the car, to figure out the details of the incident.
