A 41-year-old Syracuse man was arrested Monday afternoon after trying to enter the U.S. Federal Building in Syracuse with a concealed handgun and loaded magazine in an attache case.Joe Grady, 41, of 211 Ashworth Place, Syracuse, was charged with second-degree and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon after court security officers discovered a concealed semi-automatic handgun and loaded magazine in a brown attache case.Police said the man was rambling about "being Jesus' and then said "we're in trouble now, he wasn't messing around." The security officers notified the U.S. Marshal's office.
