Palm Springs, Ca. June 15th, 2007 We are very sad to report that 66 year old security officer Wallace Brown passed away today at the Desert Regional Medical Center where he was admitted two days ago after being beat almost to death while on duty at a construction site. The ex-marine was robbed, kicked, hit with rocks, stomped and gravely injured that day. Four suspects are currently in police custody facing murder charges. All suspects are reported to be area gang members and could face capital murder charges
